Sent the product 3 months late, never arrived.

It has been trouble from the start with this order. At first they claimed they couldn't find my adress, which is weird to start with, I have gotten mail from friends in Indonesia, a proper company should be able to send it. After that I got no communication until three months later when they claimed that they sent the order. I have yet to receive it, and now they want a review for the products. The gall.
