You may have packaged the order 17 days ago but why send a survey the day it arrives in the mailbox? It was well packaged, looks to be a beautiful design and once I have a chance to make it I’m sure I’m going to love it! This is why I’m giving you a high score is because your products are quality and it’s not my first purchase. I do recommend however you allow longer time between actual receiving the package and your survey request be more than a few hours apart.
