No bulk purchase discounts are available for individual mold or resin supply purchases, or mixed SKU purchases that don't reach the minimum 10/30 per SKU threshold.

Send an e-mail to info@intoresin.com including at least one or two photos of your retail/business sales area, along with your 1.Company name, 2.E-mail address used to create your IntoResin account, 3. Website address and 4.Links to any social media channel addresses used by your company (IG/FB/TikTok etc).

We will review your application. If accepted your account will be tagged as a wholesale partner, and the discounts will become immediately available to you. Bulk order discounts are applied at checkout and may not be reflected in your shopping cart.

In which countries is the IntoResin Wholesale Program available?

Currently, the IntoResin Wholesale Program ships orders to the US, the UK, Germany, France, Canada, and Australia.

Does it support direct pick-up at the warehouse?

As products are stocked in our warehouses in China, we do not support warehouse pick-up.

Do you allow resale for products ordered from IntoResin Wholesale Program?

Yes, but only open to physical retailers for in-store sales. Products may be listed on a dealers website, but not sold online unless an exception is specifically granted by IntoResin in writing.

Where can I place an order?

How do I place an order?

If the products you want are available on the IntoResin Bulk Program page, you can order them directly from the page.
If the products you want are not available on this page, please submit an application form for the Bulk Program. Our specialists will get in touch with you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and local holidays.

How do I get a bulk purchase price?

The bulk purchase price is exclusively available on the Bulk Program page.
Products available on the IntoResin Bulk Program page can be directly ordered, and rest assured that this is our best price yet!
For other products not featured in the program, we will send you a bulk purchase code or coupon or set the lowest price directly in our system after we reach an agreement.

Which businesses can apply for the IntoResin Bulk Program discount?

The IntoResin Bulk Program is open to all physical businesses. IntoResin reserves the right to review all orders and enterprise qualifications, and decline those who do not meet IntoResin's criteria.

Can I get a price match if the product price on the IntoResin website has changed?

Discounts offered for Bulk Program orders are customized based on product quantity. Orders placed via this program cannot be refunded for any difference in price.

What payment methods do you accept for bulk purchase?

All payment methods supported on the IntoResin website are also available on IntoResin Wholesale Program.

Can I return or get a refund for bulk purchase?

Undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase, excluding wholesale purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)
